Lost our reservation, they had our name backwards so it took some time to figure everything out. Room was nice but hot water was barely warm. Asked for towels, they never came. WiFi is awful.
We have been staying here for almost 20 years. We love our ownership and love and enjoy the property throughout the year. I must commend Sam at the front desk he truly knows how to treat the guest. I only wish all the employees at the front desk would act like him. Sam seems to enjoy his job and goes out of way to make you are enjoying your stay.
Great place to stay. We slept with the slider open listening to the crickets and birds lullaby as we closed down for the night.
We loved our stay! We Had so much fun in the lazy river and the three pools. The grounds are groomed to perfection with beautiful flowers and palm trees ! The workers are very friendly and the upkeep of the grounds are amazing! We will be back next year!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our favorite place to unwind — all year round! In just one year, we’ve visited the Hyatt Vacation Club in Bonita Springs four times — during the summer, fall, winter, and now again this summer! That alone shows how much we love this place. Each visit has been equally special, no matter the season. The atmosphere is peaceful and family-friendly, the grounds are always spotless, and the natural surroundings are beautiful. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. We especially want to thank Sam at the front desk for his outstanding kindness and attentiveness. Every time we arrive, he welcomes us with a warm smile and is always ready to help. His genuine care makes our stay feel even more like home. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort. It has truly become our year-round getaway spot. Thank you for making every visit memorable!
Stores and restaurants are close by, the staff is very friendly and the room's and property are spectacular. Highly recommended.
3 day/2 night stay. Room has king bed, small fridge and microwave. Loved pools, hottub, and lazy river. Perfect was the boat to their private island with lounge chairs and umbrellas right on the Gulf. I am ready to go again!
All the staff at Coconut Cove are fantastic. From the front desk. Sam to the cleaning staff to the bartenders Valeria and Adonis to the management Tim and Rey are amazing.
We spent a week at the Hyatt resort and had a blast. Staff were top notch. Rooms were clean and nicely stocked. The star of the show for us were the water features. Four pools, two hot tubs a sauna and a lazy river. Each water attraction had waterfalls and the pools featured water seating and lounge spots. Umbrella areas filled fast on weekends so get down early and grab a spot. No cash purchases on premises so carry a card or charge everything to your room number. We will definitely stay again!
Although there was major construction in the area (Ritz-Carlton), property was very accommodating to guests. My family & I had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back. Pools, restaurant, Lazy River was very enjoyable. Daily activities for children as well.
